Tilt Table Test
A tilt-table test involves changing a person's positioning quickly and seeing how their blood pressure and heart rate respond. This test is ordered for people who have symptoms such as rapid heartbeat or those who often feel faint when they go from a sitting to standing position.

In the tilt-table test, patients are strapped to a tilt-table. It’s a table capable of being swiveled to different angles. At 90 degrees a person would be upright and at 0 degrees they would be laying completely flat.
